We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support the planning coordination and execution of promotional events and brand activations. This role is essential in ensuring that every event runs smoothly aligns with client objectives and reflects the high standards for which Swift 7 Consultants is known.
As an Event Promotions Assistant you will work closely with our event management team to assist with logistics promotional materials on-site coordination and post-event reporting. This position is ideal for individuals who are energetic organized and eager to grow within a professional environment.
Responsibilities
Support the coordination and setup of promotional events and client brand activations.
Assist with preparing event materials displays and promotional items.
Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with team members vendors and event partners.
Help collect and organize event data feedback and performance metrics.
Maintain event inventory and ensure promotional assets are prepared for upcoming events.
Contribute to planning meetings and offer ideas to enhance event effectiveness.
