in Normal, IL. Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards to monitor factory quality metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations. Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights for decision-makers at various levels of the organization and gather data from various sources, including factory equipment, ERP systems, and quality control processes. Responsible to clean, preprocess, and transform data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop and maintain ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) pipelines to streamline data integration and analyze quality metrics to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Generate reports, prepare presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Provide support and update dashboards based on user feedback and changing requirements and work closely with cross functional teams, including production, quality control, and software teams, to drive improvements based on data insights. Responsible to make data-driven decision and continuous\ improvement.\ \ RQMTS: Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a closely related field and 2 years [or a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent as stated above and 5 years] of experience in any occupation as data scientist or related. Experience must include working with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development; SQL; Programming with Python or R; performing statistical analysis for root cause identification; using dbt for ELT pipeline development and data transformation; and designing and monitoring metrics for system performance and KPIs. Salary Range: \$153,000-\$164,000/yr.
